Philippine Airlines has cancelled several Middle East services as tensions in the region continue, affecting routes between Manila and Doha, Riyadh and Dubai. The airline said the decision was taken to protect passengers, crew and ground staff. The disruption begins on 10 March and runs through 15 March 2026, with one Doha to Manila service on 16 March also removed from the schedule.

Among the affected routes, Doha is expected to see the most prolonged disruption, while Riyadh and Dubai will also see multiple cancellations during the advisory period. Philippine Airlines has told customers to check flight status before travelling to the airport, using its website, mobile app or official social media channels for the latest updates.

Affected customers can choose either rebooking or a refund, in line with Philippine Airlines policies. The carrier has directed people to its Flight Disruptions Help Page and customer support channels for assistance. It has also repeated that safety remains its top priority as the situation develops. No wider operational changes were announced beyond the listed services to Doha, Riyadh and Dubai during the advisory period.

These cancellations affect three major Gulf gateways often used for work trips, family visits and onward journeys across the Middle East. Doha, Dubai and Riyadh are also common transfer points for travel beyond the region, so the pause may force some people to reroute or delay broader plans. Anyone due to travel soon may now look more closely at flexible tickets, backup connections and airline alerts before departure.
