Leeds Bradford Gets More Greece for 2027
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are adding two new Greek destinations from Leeds Bradford Airport for summer 2027. Flights and holidays to Santorini and Preveza will operate for the first time from the Yorkshire airport, with both routes exclusive to Jet2. The launch gives holidaymakers in the region more direct access to Greece without travelling to a larger airport first.
New Greece routes
The two weekly services will run through the summer 2027 season:
- Preveza: Sunday flights until 10 October 2027
- Santorini: Thursday flights until 7 October 2027
Jet2 says the routes have been added in response to demand from customers and independent travel agents looking to book summer holidays well ahead.
The new destinations form part of Jet2’s biggest summer programme from Leeds Bradford Airport so far. The 2027 schedule includes almost 2 million seats and 53 routes, with four brand-new routes in total. As well as Santorini and Preveza, Jet2 will also fly to Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh from the airport for the first time next year.
Santorini gives Yorkshire passengers a direct route to caldera views, Oia sunsets, vineyards and the ancient site of Akrotiri. Preveza opens the door to the Epirus region, including beaches, coastal towns and nightlife. It also improves access to Parga, Lefkas, Nidri, Nikiana, Lygia, Agios Nikitas and Meganisi for longer Greek holidays.

For Yorkshire holidaymakers, the main difference is convenience. Santorini and Preveza are already popular Greek choices, but direct flights from Leeds Bradford remove the need to start the trip at Manchester, Newcastle or a London airport. The routes also widen Jet2’s Greece offer for 2027, with one option focused on the islands and another on the mainland coast.
