Condor Brings Chania to Münster for the First Time
Condor is expanding its summer 2027 programme at Münster/Osnabrück Airport, adding four leisure destinations and carrying three winter routes into the warmer months. Chania will join the FMO timetable for the first time, creating a new direct option for western Crete. The airline will also retain its Palma de Mallorca service and increase its summer presence at the German airport to two based aircraft.

Condor will keep Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Hurghada on sale beyond the winter season, giving FMO passengers direct warm-weather options throughout most of 2027. Palma de Mallorca returns in late March for the Easter holidays, while the new Greek and Canary Island routes begin in May. All announced flights are already available to book either separately or as part of a package holiday.
Using both Cretan airports will give holidaymakers more choice over where to begin an island trip. Chania is better placed for Balos, Elafonissi and western Crete, while Heraklion provides quicker access to Knossos and central resorts. Rhodes adds its UNESCO-listed medieval city, and Fuerteventura places the Corralejo dunes and Atlantic surf areas on a nonstop route from Münster/Osnabrück.
The wider schedule gives people around Münster and Osnabrück more opportunities to start a beach holiday locally instead of travelling to another departure airport. Chania is the standout addition because it avoids a long cross-island transfer for stays in western Crete. Several services run only once or twice weekly, however, so travel dates will be less flexible than on busier routes and timetables should be checked before booking.
