Ryanair Plane Evacuated Due to Engine Fire: Incident in Italy
Incident on the runway of Brindisi Airport in Italy forced passengers of a Ryanair Boeing 737 to evacuate after flames erupted from one of the engines.Firefighters quickly arrived on the scene when flames and smoke were spotted coming from the left engine just before takeoff. Passengers were evacuated via inflatable slides, and all 184 people on board were unharmed.
This event occurred just two days after another Ryanair incident, where a plane experienced a tire explosion upon landing in Milan. Both situations have raised public concerns about the safety of Boeing aircraft, particularly the 737 models, which have already been under scrutiny following a series of technical failures.
