Riya Group, a prominent global travel enterprise, has entered into a strategic partnership with Air India Express, a subsidiary of Air India. This partnership aims to integrate Riya’s comprehensive visa services directly into Air India Express’s website, allowing passengers to apply for visas to international destinations during their flight booking process.

Riya Visa Services will offer a range of services, including international visa applications, processing for various visa types, updates on requirements, and tracking of application status. This collaboration aims to streamline pre-travel preparations by providing a one-stop solution for flight bookings and visa applications on a single platform.

Nitin John, Vice Chairman of Riya Group, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the growth of their visa services. He emphasized that this collaboration with Air India Express will enhance the travel experience by integrating comprehensive visa services directly into the airline’s booking process. Ankur Garg, Chief Commercial Officer of Air India Express, echoed this sentiment, noting that the new visa services will simplify the traditionally complex visa application process, reducing wait times and eliminating the need for physical visits to visa application centers.

This partnership represents a significant step forward in improving the pre-travel booking experience. By combining innovation with convenience, Riya Visa Services and Air India Express are positioned to lead in transforming how travelers prepare for international trips. The integration promises to ease the visa application process, making it more efficient and user-friendly.

Riya Group is a major player in the global travel market, serving over 200,000 travel partners in regions including India, the USA, Canada, the UAE, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia. Air India Express, part of the Tata group, operates more than 380 daily flights, connecting 31 domestic and 14 international airports with a fleet of Boeing 737s and Airbus A320s.

This alliance promises a brighter future for both companies and their customers, offering a more integrated and seamless travel planning experience.
