Radisson Hotel Group Launches Innovative Technologies for Meetings and Group Sales

Radisson Hotel Group made innovative presentations at this year's IMEX event in Frankfurt, Germany, introducing cutting-edge technological advancements aimed at revolutionizing the meetings and events industry.

In a move intended to rewrite the rules of event organization, Radisson Hotel Group announced the implementation of advanced technologies that allow seamless booking of meeting and event venues through external MICE platforms. This innovation promises to improve accessibility for event organizers worldwide, simplifying the booking process and expanding the Group's global coverage.

The main announcement was the expansion of the Group's partnership with MeetingPackage, a leading European solution for venue management in SaaS format. Through seamless integration with Radisson Hotel Group's unified technology platform, EMMA, MeetingPackage's booking software now serves as a channel management solution, allowing third-party providers to explore and book the Group's venues effortlessly.

The announcement also showcased Radisson Hotel Group's leadership in integrating artificial intelligence into immersive meetings and events. Collaborating with HeadBox, the Group announced plans to implement the HeadBox 3D Studio tool, which allows users to create immersive tours effortlessly.

Previously developed innovations, such as Radisson Meetings Unbound and the artificial intelligence-powered Radisson Meetings Dream Machine, have already established the Group as a leader in the industry. These solutions empower planners to unleash their creativity and use AI-based technologies for innovative event planning.

The introduction of these advanced technologies underscores Radisson Hotel Group's commitment to fostering innovation and shaping the future of the meetings and events industry. With the demand for continuous and engaging events on the rise, Radisson Hotel Group continues to lead the way with cutting-edge solutions and strategic partnerships.
