Six New Direct Routes Put Belgrade on a Year-Round Flight Map in 2026
Air Serbia has announced a significant expansion of its network for 2026, introducing six new direct routes from Belgrade and unveiling both summer and winter schedules at the same time. Tickets for all new destinations are already on sale. The additions include three summer routes and three winter services, linking Serbia’s capital with leisure, cultural, and business centres across Europe, North America, and the Caucasus.
The summer programme adds three new direct routes to Air Serbia’s network, covering leisure, business, and long-haul travel. Services will launch on the following dates:
- Santorini - starting 30 April
- Baku - starting 3 May
- Toronto - starting 23 May, marking the return of a direct link between Belgrade and Canada after more than 30 years, and expanding the airline’s North American reach.
Winter 2026 will introduce three further destinations, broadening the network beyond the peak season and adding variety to cold-weather travel plans. The winter schedule includes:
- Seville - starting 30 September
- Tenerife - starting 27 October
- Tromsø -starting 14 December, adding a seasonal Arctic route to northern Norway.
The new routes include a mix of island, city, regional, and long-haul destinations. Santorini and Tenerife are added as island services, while Seville joins the network as a new Spanish city route. Baku becomes Air Serbia’s new destination in the Caucasus, Toronto returns as the airline’s only North American service, and Tromsø is introduced as a winter-only route in northern Norway.
Taken together, the six new routes change how travel through Belgrade can be planned across the year. Summer and winter destinations are now published side by side, making it easier to look ahead instead of waiting for seasonal updates. The Toronto service marks the airline’s return to long-haul operations, while the new European and regional routes increase the number of direct travel options available across different travel periods.
