Premier Inn Gives Guests Free Breakfast on Winter Stays

Premier Inn is offering free breakfast to guests who book selected stays by 9 November, covering winter trips until February 2027. Unlike its usual children-eat-free policy, the promotion also covers adults, potentially cutting the cost of a couple’s break or family holiday. But there are some easily missed restrictions: not every hotel participates, and using the wrong booking channel could leave guests paying for breakfast.
Normally, Premier Inn's unlimited cooked breakfast starts at £10.99 per adult, rising to £11.99 or £13.99 at some restaurants. It includes cooked favourites such as eggs and sausages, plus cereals, pastries and drinks. Up to two children under 16 already eat free with each adult buying breakfast, so the extra saving comes from adults' meals. The promotion applies to new Standard-rate bookings only.
How to Get Premier Inn’s Free Breakfast
- Offer: Free breakfast for adults and children under 16.
- Book by: 9 November using code FREEBREAKFAST.
- Stay: 13 November 2026–28 February 2027.
- Rate: Standard only; prepaid and non-refundable.
- Hotels: Selected UK/Ireland properties; exclusions apply.
- Booking: Premier Inn website or iOS app; Android app excluded.
- Limits: Seven rooms maximum; no business accounts or combined discounts.
- Savings: Full breakfast normally starts at £10.99 per adult.
Not every Premier Inn is taking part. Bath City Centre and London City (Aldgate) are among the excluded hotels, so check the full list before booking. At participating properties, breakfast appears at its normal price before the FREEBREAKFAST code removes the charge. If the discount doesn't appear, check your selected hotel, room rate and promo code before completing the booking.
The offer could make a winter break cheaper, but Standard-rate rooms must be paid for upfront and cannot be cancelled or refunded. You can amend your stay under Premier Inn's booking rules, although moving it outside the promotional period removes the free breakfast. If your dates might change, check how much a flexible room would cost instead, particularly if you're arranging flights or train tickets separately.
