Norwegian Cruise Line, renowned for its trailblazing approach to global cruise travel spanning 57 years, has set sail for its 2024 Europe season. On April 19, 2024, the Norwegian Epic docked at Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy, marking the inauguration of this exciting journey, commencing with a 10-day Greek Isles and Italy voyage.

This summer, NCL beckons travelers with an extensive array of 101 unique itineraries across Europe. With 38 roundtrips and 63 open-jaw sailings, guests will traverse 140 captivating ports, encompassing Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, Greek Isles, and the Atlantic Coast; noteworthy highlights include Istanbul, Turkey; Florence (Livorno), Italy; and Reykjavik, Iceland, with select itineraries offering overnight stays.

NCL introduces 13 homeports, adding New York City, Le Havre (Paris), France, and Oslo, Norway, as fresh departure points for European voyages. The fleet boasts nine ships, including the cutting-edge Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva, alongside the return of Norwegian Escape, following its successful 2022 season.

Venturing ashore, guests enjoy an average of 10 hours per port, with a plethora of curated shore excursions awaiting exploration. From uncovering architectural marvels through "Beyond Blueprints" tours to savoring local cuisines on "Gourmet Tours," NCL ensures an immersive encounter with each destination's essence.

David J. Herrera, NCL's president, underscores the commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences while maximizing value for guests. He highlights NCL's competitive edge, offering up to 40% more value compared to land-based vacations. With the flexibility of NCL's Freestyle Cruising, guests tailor their journey to personal preferences, enjoying a seamless transition between onboard entertainment, dining options, and activities.
