A new full service hotel has opened in Frankfurt, adding another option for travellers choosing where to stay in the city. Kennedy 89 has launched in the Sachsenhausen district as part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. It is the first full service Hyatt property in Frankfurt and reflects how hotels are adapting to new travel patterns, especially longer stays and trips that mix work, leisure, and everyday living rather than short overnight visits.

The concept behind Kennedy 89 draws on mid twentieth century influences without directly recreating a historical period. Instead, the hotel uses design references and spatial planning to create a contemporary environment shaped by ideas of openness and connection. This approach aligns with changing traveller expectations, particularly among visitors who spend extended time in cities and seek accommodation that supports everyday routines alongside exploration.

What Kennedy 89 adds to the traveller experience

The hotel stands out through its room layout. All accommodations include kitchen facilities and private balconies, positioning the property for longer stays and mixed purpose trips. This makes the property suitable for longer stays, business travellers staying several weeks, or visitors who prefer flexibility over daily hotel routines.
