Disney Cruise Line has unveiled thrilling new details regarding Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, the expansion project currently underway on its private island of Eleuthera in The Bahamas, set to welcome guests in June.
In a recent announcement, Disney Cruise Line unveiled the first map of the upcoming beachfront area, revealing the layout of Lookout Cay's amenities, attractions, dining options, and merchandise outlets. This detailed map provides guests with a comprehensive guide to navigating the island's offerings upon its opening.
A convenient tram system will ferry guests from the docks to the expanded strip along the picturesque shoreline. Upon arrival, visitors will encounter the Goombay Cultural Center, followed by opportunities to procure souvenirs at the First & Last Chance Stand or savor a refreshing tropical iced coffee at Mangroves & Go.
Adventure seekers can opt to rent bicycles at Rocky Point and traverse the Nature Trail to admire Eleuthera’s verdant foliage, potentially encountering wildlife along the way. Alternatively, snorkeling enthusiasts can rent gear at Flippers & Fins for an immersive experience in the rejuvenating tropical waters.
