Skyhub PAD GmbH & Co. KG has confirmed that bookings are now open for the summer 2026 schedule on the route between Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport and Munich. The service will operate from 29 March to 31 October 2026 in cooperation with Danish Air Transport (DAT), using an ATR 72-600 aircraft that accommodates 70 passengers. Ticket prices start at €149 per one-way journey, according to the operator’s statement, with all taxes and fees included.

The connection, relaunched in 2025, has been maintained with the support of regional investors and businesses. Skyhub PAD GmbH & Co. KG aims to carry approximately 90,000 passengers during 2026. Through cooperation with Lufthansa, travellers can book connecting flights from Munich to various international destinations, with baggage checked through to the final stop. The route is part of broader efforts to preserve regional air access in western Germany.

Flight schedule overview:

  • 07:00 PAD → 08:25 MUC
  • 12:20 PAD → 13:50 MUC
  • 18:30 PAD → 19:55 MUC

There are flights back to Munich at 09:00, 14:50, and 20:35. The schedule is set up to work for both business and connecting passengers, with several options available every day. Tickets can be purchased on the airline's official website or through major booking platforms that offer connecting flight options.

Munich serves as a major transport hub for southern Germany, connecting regional airports to national and international routes. Travelers arriving from Paderborn can conveniently access Bavaria’s main economic, cultural, and administrative centers from Munich. Famous attractions like Marienplatz, the Frauenkirche, and Nymphenburg Palace draw a consistent flow of visitors annually.

The opening of bookings for summer 2026 shows that the company remains focused on improving regional connections. The Paderborn–Munich service provides passengers with an additional option within Germany’s domestic air network while supporting the continued operation of smaller regional airports. For people who live there, it means that they can always fly to major destinations and connect to other international flights through one of Europe's busiest airports.
