Marriott International has signed an agreement with Kuzu Group to develop a St. Regis resort and branded residences in Kazikli Cove, Bodrum, Türkiye. The development is scheduled to open in 2030 and will become Marriott’s 100th property in Türkiye. This coastal enclave, Kazikli Cove, features turquoise waters, sandy shores, and scenic views, offering visitors a calm environment within easy reach of Bodrum’s historic center and lively cultural attractions.
The resort is planned to offer 138 guestrooms together with a range of dining and leisure amenities. Guests will be able to use the following facilities:
- Indoor swimming pool
- Outdoor swimming pool
- Fitness center
- Spa
- Kids club
The residences will consist of 221 apartments and villas offering communal areas such as:
- Lounges
- Co-working areas
- Libraries
- Additional swimming facilities
Visitors based in Kazikli Cove can explore a variety of attractions situated in the surrounding area. Bodrum Marina, a hub for sailing and waterfront dining, is within easy reach. Visitors to Bitez Beach can enjoy long stretches of sand along with various watersports options suitable for families as well as those looking for active recreation.
