Air France Introduces New Concierge Services at Paris-Charles de Gaulle

Starting June 11, 2024, Air France will offer new concierge services at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. These services will be available for all flights operated by Air France or in partnership with other airlines, aimed at assisting customers throughout their airport experience.

Air France Conciergerie will provide a range of optional services for travelers in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business classes. These services include private transfer to the airport, concierge assistance upon arrival, porter services for baggage, and expedited processing through priority lanes. Eligible passengers will have access to lounges and will be escorted to their boarding gates.

Upon arrival, concierges will meet passengers at the aircraft door, assist them through priority lanes, and accompany them to their private transfer vehicles. Connecting passengers will receive similar services, including lounge access and priority lane usage.

The new services can be booked today for flights starting June 11, 2024, through the official Air France website or by phone.
