Windstar Cruises Announces Winter Mediterranean Cruises for 2025 and 2026

Windstar Cruises has announced its winter Mediterranean itineraries for the 2025 and 2026 seasons. Responding to the growing interest in off-season travel, the company offers six routes and six combined Star Collectors, providing a deeper cultural immersion.
The first winter sailings will begin in November 2025 and continue until March 2026. Key destinations for the winter season include Valencia (Spain), Crotone (Italy), and Catania (Sicily).
These ports are rarely visited in summer, allowing guests to see the Mediterranean from a new perspective. Windstar also offers a rich program of shore excursions for both newcomers and experienced travelers.
A highlight of the season is the port of Genoa (Italy), where guests can visit the largest aquarium in Europe and the most important maritime museum in the Mediterranean. The winter schedule also includes overnight stays in Dubrovnik, Venice, Nice, Barcelona, Malaga, and Livorno (Florence), allowing travelers to spend more time on shore and enjoy late dinners and drinks in port.
Winter cruises also offer the opportunity to visit the region's festive Christmas markets and wineries after the harvest season, when winemakers have more time for personalized tours and tastings. With sailings departing from Athens, Barcelona, Malaga, Rome, and Venice, travelers will enjoy unique experiences and discover the Mediterranean in a new light.
