Summer Flights from Pau Open New Gateways to Corsica, Brittany, and Ireland

Chalair Aviation has confirmed the return of its seasonal summer flights connecting Pau with Ajaccio in Corsica, Brest in Brittany, and Kerry in Ireland. These flights will operate every Saturday between 5 July and 30 August 2025 using a 68-seat ATR 72 aircraft. One-way fares start at 99 euros for Ajaccio and Brest and 129 euros for Kerry, offering regional and international travelers convenient access during the busy summer travel season.
This announcement builds on Chalair’s earlier seasonal programs and reflects a response to continued demand from travelers in the Pau region. By offering Saturday-only flights, Chalair helps both tourists and those visiting loved ones plan their journeys with a clear and reliable timetable.
Ajaccio offers visitors a blend of sun-drenched Mediterranean beaches, historic old towns, and cultural landmarks linked to Napoleon Bonaparte. Guests have the chance to savor local cuisine, visit bustling markets, and explore hiking routes across the rugged Corsican hills. Brest, by contrast, invites guests to discover its maritime history, modern oceanographic centers, and windswept coastal trails that showcase Brittany’s natural beauty and unique cultural identity.
In Kerry, visitors can explore sweeping green countryside, dramatic shoreline views, and delightful villages where Gaelic traditions thrive. Travelers can experience the famous Ring of Kerry, visit Killarney National Park, or explore ancient castles scattered across the countryside. Each destination has its own characteristics, reflecting the variety of cultures and landscapes accessible from Pau.

This development more broadly reflects how vital solid regional air links are becoming across Europe. This development represents not just new flight options but also greater freedom for people to explore and reconnect with places and communities. These summer flights create meaningful opportunities for enriching experiences whether through cultural discovery, nature exploration, or reuniting with loved ones.
