New DoubleTree Hotel to Open in Madrid’s Salamanca District by 2026

Hilton has teamed up with Key International to unveil the DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid Príncipe de Vergara, with plans to open its doors to guests by late 2026. The hotel is positioned in Madrid’s Salamanca district, a prosperous area famous for its stylish boutiques, excellent dining options, and refined residential streets. Panoram Hotel Management will oversee the hotel, providing services for both business travelers and tourists who want easy access to central city accommodations.
The hotel will offer 155 rooms, composed of both suites and standard accommodations with king, queen, twin, or single beds. It will also have a restaurant, bar, fitness center, and 14 meeting rooms. Its location provides access to major landmarks such as the Prado Museum, Retiro Park, Plaza de Cibeles, and Auditorio Nacional de Música. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is roughly a 15-minute drive from the hotel.
The new hotel increases the number of rooms available in the center of one of Madrid's most iconic neighborhoods. Sightseeing visitors will find it simple to reach cultural and historic attractions, whereas business travelers can utilize the hotel’s conference and meeting rooms. The hotel’s prime position and offered facilities can shape visitors’ decisions when selecting accommodations in the city.
Examining the market, Hilton’s growth in Spain reflects an increasing need for hotels located in the heart of the city. Hilton currently runs 44 hotels across Spain and has 10 more properties in the pipeline. DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid Príncipe de Vergara will mark the brand’s second DoubleTree property in Madrid, complementing its current hotel close to the Prado Museum.
As this hotel opens, Madrid increases its ability to host visitors in the Salamanca district, creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Thanks to the additional rooms in a convenient central location, the hotel is suitable for both tourists and business travelers, enhancing the convenience and overall satisfaction of visitors. Guests will have easy access to the city's main attractions and a variety of comfortable accommodations, ensuring a pleasant, peaceful, and memorable stay.
