Eurowings Strengthens Access to Morocco for Winter Travelers

During the 2025/26 winter season, Eurowings plans to increase its flights to Morocco, providing direct connections from Central Europe and improved access to cultural and natural destinations. The growth in routes points to a higher number of travelers choosing Marrakesh, Fez, and Agadir for winter trips. With more direct departures to Morocco, visitors can reach cultural and natural attractions more easily and avoid longer travel times through major hubs.

"Because from surfing on the Atlantic coast to shopping in an oriental souk or hiking in the Sahara desert – the North African kingdom is diverse, can be reached in around four hours and offers pleasant travelling temperatures even in winter. We are convinced that the easy accessibility will win over many new fans of Morocco."
These direct connections open access to a range of experiences. Visitors to Marrakesh can experience the busy markets and performers at Jemaa el-Fnaa square, and enjoy the calm atmosphere of the Majorelle Garden. Close to Agadir, the Taghazout coastline is popular with surfers and those wanting Atlantic views. The updated schedule makes it easier for visitors to organize winter trips and spend more time enjoying Morocco’s variety of attractions.
The flights also enable access to additional notable locations. The Medina of Fes el-Bali in Fez is known for its narrow lanes and long-standing craft traditions. From Marrakesh, visitors have the option to explore the Atlas Mountains for hiking and panoramic views, while Paradise Valley near Agadir features palm groves and natural pools for outdoor activities. These destinations highlight the variety of landscapes and activities now reachable via the Eurowings network.

The expansion highlights Morocco as an accessible and appealing winter destination for travelers from Europe. More departure options and direct routes allow passengers to travel with greater convenience and shorten journey durations. With these updated routes, getting to Morocco’s landmarks, nature areas, and coastal locations becomes more straightforward, allowing travelers to make the most of their time.
