Salzburg Airport’s winter 2026/27 schedule gives travellers a mix of direct sun breaks, city trips and one-stop long-haul options without first travelling to a larger airport. Rome continues beyond summer, while Egypt, the Canary Islands, Spain and Morocco all feature across the colder months. Frankfurt remains the most frequent hub connection, with Lufthansa flying up to four times a day.

The main booking trap is assuming every destination runs throughout winter. Dubai is listed as year-round, but flydubai has a pause until 10 December, and some Netherlands and Spain routes operate only on selected dates.
