Grand Hyatt Opens in Izmir After Major Redesign
Hyatt has opened Grand Hyatt Izmir IstinyePark, the second hotel under this brand in Türkiye. The property, which previously operated as a Hyatt Regency, has been updated, including changes to the courtyard and lobby areas. The hotel is directly connected to the IstinyePark Izmir shopping centre, with shops and restaurants located next to the main entrance.
Located in the Balçova district, the hotel sits close to Izmir’s waterfront and within easy distance of the city’s historic centre. Landmarks such as Kemeraltı Bazaar, the Clock Tower and the Historical Elevator Tower are all nearby. The property is also around 20 minutes from Adnan Menderes International Airport, making access straightforward for both short stays and longer visits.
