Wizz Air Adds New Malmö–Pristina Route for Winter
Wizz Air will launch a new nonstop route between Malmö and Pristina this winter, giving southern Sweden a direct link to Kosovo’s capital from 15 December. The service adds another southeast European destination to Malmö Airport and is aimed at a mix of leisure trips, family visits and business travel. The airline will use one of its high-capacity Airbus A321neo aircraft on the route.

Vy airport coaches run between Malmö Central and the airport, while Neptunbus connects the airport with Copenhagen around Wizz Air services; tickets for the latter must be booked at least three days in advance.
Pristina gives visitors easy access to several contrasting city sights, including the National Library of Kosovo, the NEWBORN Monument and Mother Teresa Boulevard. Gërmia Park offers walking and green space close to the capital, while the archaeological remains of Ulpiana lie outside the city. The new Wizz Air service also gives southern Sweden another direct option for reaching Kosovo and continuing through the Western Balkans.
