- easyJet says booked flight and package prices will not rise later because of fuel costs
“We know customers are always looking for great value when booking their summer holiday and with thousands of discounted seats available across our network, now is a great time to book a trip and enjoy Europe’s most popular destinations for less. To ensure people feel confident to book, we’ve launched our Book with Confidence Promise which guarantees that the cost of flights and package holidays will stay fixed after booking and we will not add fuel surcharges, protecting customers from increased fuel cost. We are operating as normal, not making cancellations and are looking forward to taking millions of people on their well-deserved holidays this summer."
The discounted routes cover airports across the UK, including London Gatwick, London Luton, London Southend, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast. Destinations listed in the offer include Paris, Alicante, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Berlin, Palma, Pisa, Geneva, Nice, Prague and Malaga, alongside other beach and city routes across Europe and North Africa.
The sale could make summer trips more affordable for people planning short breaks or family holidays. Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Greece sit among the more obvious options, while city routes such as Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Prague and Copenhagen give travellers more choice for weekends away. Beach fares also point towards Mallorca, Ibiza, Malaga, Faro and the Turkish coast.
The sale lands just as many UK travellers are finalising summer plans, especially for school-holiday trips and late-season breaks. The strongest value is likely to be on routes where dates are still flexible, rather than the busiest weekends. With flight discounts, package offers and fixed prices after booking, the promotion gives customers a short window to lock in cheaper summer travel.
