Radisson Hotel Group has launched Long Stays by Radisson Hotels, a global programme that brings participating apartment-style properties into one extended-stay offer. It is aimed mainly at companies, relocation firms and travel management businesses arranging accommodation for employees or project teams. The programme uses common booking terms and length-based rates, replacing the need to negotiate separately with each participating hotel.

What the New Long-Stay Programme Includes

  • Programme: Long Stays by Radisson Hotels
  • Availability: Open now at participating hotels
  • Accommodation: Apartment units within the Radisson portfolio
  • Main bookers: Companies, relocation firms and travel management companies
  • Pricing: Tiered according to stay length
  • Booking channels: Global distribution systems and corporate agreements
  • Guest support: Pre-arrival planning, a named hotel contact, flexible housekeeping and long-stay room features
  • Rewards: Eligible bookers and planners receive 20% extra points
  • Markets highlighted: Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich and Amsterdam
"Long Stays by Radisson Hotels gives our partners a simpler and more competitive way to access this growing market. By combining structured commercial terms with a consistent guest experience, we’re making it easier to win and service long-stay business at scale, while strengthening customer loyalty."
Gianni Di Fede, Chief Commercial Officer at Radisson Hotel Group

Participating hotels will provide dedicated contacts, personalised pre-arrival planning, flexible housekeeping and rooms equipped for extended use. The commercial side is also standardised, with commission structures and booking conditions designed for corporate buyers. Reservations can pass through existing global distribution systems and company agreements, so travel managers can use familiar procurement channels rather than setting up a new process for every stay.

Radisson says demand is particularly strong in Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich and Amsterdam, where longer bookings may suit relocations, consulting work or extended business projects. Extra nights also leave room to explore beyond working hours, whether that means Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, Riyadh’s historic Diriyah, Zurich’s Old Town and lakefront, or Amsterdam’s canals and museums without compressing everything into a short weekend trip.

The programme should make longer corporate stays easier to arrange, but the experience will still vary between hotels. Apartment layouts, kitchen facilities, laundry access, housekeeping schedules and cancellation rules are not guaranteed to be identical across the portfolio. Guests should check these details before confirming a booking, particularly when an employer, relocation company or travel agent is handling the reservation on their behalf.
