Vietnamese spring rolls

Banh bao chay

Che chuoi

Ripe bananas, tapioca, coconut milk, and pandan leaves are what make this dessert so delicious and appealing to everyone. It resembles pudding and is sometimes referred to as banana sweet soup.

Bun cha chay

This dish is ubiquitous in Vietnam due to its popularity among locals. It consists of noodles, greens, and a side dish of your choice, all served in vegetable broth with a dollop of sour cream.
