SunExpress Reveals 2027 Turkey Schedule

SunExpress has released its summer 2027 programme between the UK, Ireland and Turkey, with direct flights planned from eight departure airports. The network combines major Mediterranean and Aegean holiday gateways with several inland Turkish cities, giving passengers outside London direct options from Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Dublin and Cork alongside services from Gatwick and Stansted.
SunExpress Summer 2027 Schedule
- Birmingham: Antalya, Izmir and Dalaman.
- Cork: Izmir; Saturdays from 1 May, with Wednesdays added from 19 May.
- Dublin: Antalya and Izmir.
- Edinburgh: Antalya.
- Gatwick: Antalya, Izmir and Dalaman.
- Stansted: Antalya, Izmir, Çukurova, Gaziantep and Kayseri.
- Manchester: Antalya, Izmir and Dalaman; selected overnight Dalaman services arrive early in the morning.
- Newcastle: Antalya and Dalaman.
- Fares: From £59.99 one way.
- Season: Summer 2027; operating dates and frequencies vary by route.
Flight timing could make a noticeable difference on some Dalaman trips. SunExpress says selected overnight services will reach the resort airport early in the morning, while evening return flights allow passengers to keep more of their final day. Daytime departures will also be available. The cheapest fare should be checked carefully before booking, as SunLight includes only a 4 kg underseat bag and no checked luggage.
The programme improves direct access to several popular parts of Turkey. Antalya is convenient for Side, Belek and Kemer, while Dalaman serves Fethiye, Ölüdeniz and Marmaris. Izmir provides access to Çeşme, Alaçatı and Ephesus. Stansted’s flights to Kayseri, Gaziantep and Çukurova also make central and southern Turkey easier to reach without changing planes through another airport.
The strongest benefit is the range of direct departure points and Turkish gateways rather than one single new route. Northern England, Scotland and Ireland retain useful non-London options, while Stansted offers the widest destination choice. Passengers comparing fares should look beyond the £59.99 starting price and check baggage costs, flight times and exact operating days before choosing between departures.
