Antalya Flights Return Daily from Paderborn
Daily flights between Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport and Antalya resume on 20 March, bringing back one of the airport’s most popular routes. The increased frequency starts a week ahead of the official summer 2026 schedule. Services are operated by Freebird, Pegasus and SunExpress, maintaining strong links between the region and the Turkish Riviera.
Antalya continues to stand out as the leading destination from Paderborn/Lippstadt. In 2019, it passed 200,000 passengers and overtook Mallorca as the airport’s top route. Since then, it has remained in first place. The return of daily flights reflects steady demand, with holidaymakers continuing to choose the Turkish coast for its combination of beaches, climate and established resorts.
Three airlines are operating the route, with flights spread across the week. This makes it easier to choose travel dates, including during busy holiday periods. The airport also pointed to its ongoing work with the airlines, which helps keep the route steady and available throughout the season. Demand for Antalya has remained consistently high in recent years, supporting the return of daily service.
Antalya combines beach holidays with places worth visiting beyond the coast. Alongside long stretches of shoreline, there are historic sites linked to the city’s past as a Roman port. Among them are Hadrian’s Gate and the Hidirlik Tower near the old harbour, along with a wide range of accommodation across the region.
The return of daily flights brings back a reliable option just as holiday demand begins to rise. Starting the higher frequency earlier in the season gives more room to plan spring and early summer trips. It also shows how certain routes keep their place year after year, with Antalya continuing to draw consistent interest from travellers in the region.
