On Monday, 5 August, a new pay deal was secured for workers at Inverness Airport in Scotland, promising significant improvements to their wages and working conditions. More than 20 Skytanking customer service agents at Inverness Airport will benefit from this new agreement, which includes a £1.00 per hour increase in the hourly rate, representing a 7.75% rise. Additionally, the shift allowance rate will also see a 29.6% increase, amounting to another £1.00 per hour. Workers are also set to receive an extra day of holiday and double pay during Christmas and New Year holidays.
