Major Disruptions Expected on Britain’s Railways Over May Bank Holidays
Train travelers across Britain should prepare for significant disruptions during both May Bank Holiday weekends, as Network Rail carries out over 630 infrastructure projects. From early May 3–5 and again late May 24–26, several key stations and routes, including London Euston, Milton Keynes, London Victoria, and sections near Cambridge, will face complete closures, affecting regular train operations and passenger travel plans.
In the early May period, no trains will run between London Euston and Milton Keynes Central for two days due to major maintenance works.
