From 1 September 2025, passengers with Korean Air’s Excellent Boarding Pass get a 20% discount on entry tickets to two of Jeju Island’s flagship attractions: the Arte Museum Jeju and Arte Kids Park Jeju. At Arte Museum Jeju, the discount applies only to the member's own ticket, while at Arte Kids Park Jeju, it can be used for up to four people, including the member. You can find more details about these partnership benefits and program terms on the official Korean Air website.

Arte Museum Jeju, housed in a converted speaker factory covering 4,600 m², is South Korea’s largest immersive media art venue. Visitors walk through ten multimedia hallscapes - Waterfalls, Gardens, Waves, Night Safari, and more, projected up to 10 metres high, accompanied by soundscapes and sensory effects. Since its 2020 opening, the venue has drawn over one million visitors. Arte Kids Park offers families an interactive playground blending media art with play zones - a sand beach with wave simulations, trampolines, ball pools alongside Lounges for guardians during peak season.

These offers make Jeju’s immersive attractions more accessible to various travellers. Families can extend their trips, combining sensory art at Arte Museum with playful discovery at the Arte Kids Park, all while saving on admission costs. Solo travellers and culture-seekers, too, benefit from the savings, potentially allowing visits to add another local museum or restaurant. According to Jeju Tourism Organisation, average family visitors spend around ₩220,000 per day on activities and food, so discounted entry can free up budget for other local experiences.

Several real cases already illustrate the impact: one local travel blog featured a family who visited Arte Kids Park, noting its cleanliness, organised layout, and surprising inclusion of a child-friendly cafeteria serving simple udon, jjajangmyeon, and tonkatsu, unusual in many children’s venues abroad. Another review on a Korean parenting forum mentioned that discounted entry encouraged them to visit both parks in a single weekend, something they might not have done at full price.

The campaign represents a thoughtful evolution in airline partnerships that make travel more fun and exciting. By blending art, family activities, and the island's culture into its loyalty program, Korean Air makes it simple for travellers to experience Jeju, build a deeper connection with the island, and create memorable moments. Since 2022, the number of visitors to Jeju has risen by 12% year-over-year. Travel analysts believe that these types of airline programs could be a key factor in continuing to grow tourism to the island.
