Croatia Airlines Connects Milan to Zagreb with Direct Flights
Travelers heading from northern Italy to Croatia now have a new route to consider. Direct flights between Milan Malpensa and Zagreb are scheduled three times a week and will operate through to late October. This seasonal connection creates a new bridge between the two cities, shortening journey times and offering a straightforward way to reach the Croatian capital during the peak travel months.
Passengers flying out of Malpensa can currently book flights at a reduced fare for a limited time. According to the terms:
- Bookings must be made by 25 October
- Travel should take place between 1 July and 25 October
The airline has made the offer available through a promo code, MALPENSA15, which can be applied during the reservation process. Although short-term, the offer complements the launch of the direct service, making travel between Italy and southeastern Europe more practical for those preferring to skip long layovers or indirect routes.
Zrinjevac Park often becomes the first quiet stop for those arriving in Zagreb. It is located right in the center and offers a calm space with trees, benches, and fountains. Just a few minutes on foot leads to Ban Josip Jelacic Square, the city’s main meeting point where locals pass through, events happen, and most walks around town naturally begin.
Lotrščak Tower is quietly tucked into the upper part of Zagreb. Every day at noon, a cannon blast marks the time, continuing a ritual that dates back to the 19th century.
