Transavia’s Summer 2027 Shake-Up Brings Seven Route Changes
Transavia is expanding its summer 2027 network from Amsterdam and Brussels, with seven new or returning routes adding more options across Spain, Croatia, Italy, Greece and the Azores. The changes form part of a wider summer programme covering 87 destinations on 162 routes. The remaining schedule goes on sale on 16 September, giving travellers a fuller picture of next summer’s network.
Seven Routes Joining the Summer Schedule
- Amsterdam–Murcia — new; summer 2027.
- Amsterdam–Pula — new from Amsterdam; summer 2027.
- Amsterdam–Reus — returning; summer 2027.
- Amsterdam–Trieste — moves from Rotterdam; summer 2027.
- Brussels–Heraklion — returning; summer 2027.
- Brussels–Thessaloniki — returning; summer 2027.
- Brussels–Ponta Delgada — new; summer 2027.
- All seven routes are operated by Transavia; exact launch dates, weekly frequencies and operating days have not yet been published.
Transavia has not yet published operating days, frequencies or first-flight dates for the seven highlighted routes. The remaining summer capacity goes on sale on 16 September, while the season runs from April through October 2027. Pula will still be served from Rotterdam, but Trieste moves to Amsterdam. Brussels–Porto also continues four times weekly through summer, making it a year-round route.
Murcia improves access to Spain’s Costa Cálida, while Reus puts PortAventura around 15 minutes from the airport and Tarragona just over seven kilometres away. Pula adds an Amsterdam gateway to Croatia’s Istrian coast, and Trieste serves north-eastern Italy. From Brussels, Ponta Delgada gives direct access to São Miguel, while Heraklion and Thessaloniki add more options for Crete and northern Greece.
One other summer change matters for travellers in the Netherlands: Eindhoven Airport will be closed to air traffic from 1 February through 18 July 2027. Much of Transavia’s programme will temporarily move to Maastricht Aachen and Weeze. Anyone booking for those months should check the departure airport carefully, while those considering the seven highlighted routes may want to wait for confirmed operating days before booking non-refundable accommodation.
