This garden can be found in Marrakech in the former home of the French artist Jacques Majorelle. After the owner's death in the 1980s, this estate with a garden was purchased by fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. The famous Majorelle is made in the style of traditional Islamic gardens, with rich cobalt colour and fountains. You should visit this place in April or May, or in September.

The oldest farm in the Cape Winelands can show lotuses, water lilies, orchards and vegetable beds. This place also has an amazing citrus orchard and 200 ducks that walk freely on this site. You can visit the garden at different times, in particular, in January and February for peaches, nectarines, prickly pears, figs and grapes, in March and April for pomegranates and olives, from mid-September for clivia, and late October and November for roses.

This garden offers a walk along an avenue of oaks covered with Spanish moss, during which you can reach a statue of a young man fighting a wild horse. There is also a botanical garden, art galleries, a historical trail, and a zoo.
