An Air Canada passenger has told an outrageous story of how two women in front of her were removed from the plane because they complained about their dirty seats. According to the eyewitness, the seats were covered with vomit, but the travelers were asked to accept it.

The Facebook post went viral. It was commented on more than a thousand times. The author, Susan Benson, shamed the airline for their response to the complaint and the disembarkation of 2 innocent passengers.

The incident took place on a flight from Las Vegas to Montreal. The passengers smelled an unpleasant odor masked by perfume and coffee as soon as they took their seats, the author claims.

"When the obviously upset passengers tried to explain to the flight attendant that the seat and seat belt were wet and still had vomit residue on them, the flight attendant was very apologetic but explained that the flight was overbooked and there was nothing she could do," the post reads.

The passengers told the flight attendant that they could not stand 5 hours of flying in such a dirty place, and a few minutes later they were approached by a manager who repeated the words of apology and asked them to take their seats.

The passengers asked for blankets and napkins to clean the seats themselves and put something on them. According to Susan Benson, they were reluctantly given these items, after which the pilot came down to the women.

"He told the two women that they had two options: they could leave the plane on their own accord and arrange a flight at their own expense, or they would be escorted off the plane by security and put on the no-fly list. When they asked why, he said they had been rude to the flight attendant. This was not the case at all! They were upset and determined, but not rude," the eyewitness added.

After an argument with other passengers, security escorted the two women off the plane.

This behavior of the crew angered the audience and outraged the netizens. In the comments, they said that Air Canada should apologize to the women, compensate them for their expenses, and hire a better cleaning service.
