Passengers using the app now have access to faster flight search tools, new document-handling features, and simplified rebooking processes. These updates are intended to address common issues such as flight changes or delays and are available across the Lufthansa Group network.
The app now pulls the Travel ID feature in closer, letting travelers keep their details in one spot so they don’t have to dig for info every time something changes. This feature supports travelers when adjustments are required, such as itinerary changes or document checks. Lufthansa also introduced automation for taxi voucher distribution in cases where overnight accommodation is needed following flight disruption.
