For the winter season of 2025, Ryanair will operate 39 different flights from Birmingham Airport, introducing new options for travelers. The airline is set to begin flights to Rovaniemi in Lapland, Rome-Ciampino, and Salzburg, introducing these destinations to its network for the first time. The airline also plans to run 14 of its current routes more often to match seasonal passenger demand, improving convenience and connectivity for travelers. Rovaniemi, situated above the Arctic Circle, is famous for its snowy scenery, northern lights, and winter activities like dog sledding and snowmobiling. Passengers arriving at Rome Ciampino Airport can quickly reach the city center to visit landmarks such as the Colosseum, the Vatican, and notable city squares. Salzburg combines classical music heritage with nearby alpine areas, offering both cultural tourism and winter sports opportunities.
