A mother from Australia showed which toys her children choose for the plane
Molly Mackenzie, a 34-year-old mother from South Australia, was astonished by the toys her children decided to bring on the plane. She suggested that the kids choose one toy for the trip, but they ended up selecting completely random items.
Mackenzie shared what the children picked and why it surprised her in a video on her TikTok account, as reported by Newsweek.
According to Mackenzie, she was planning a vacation to the Australian state of Queensland with her children, 6-year-old daughter Elsie, and 3-year-old son Edward. She mentioned that the children wanted to bring along a large number of toys, prompting the mother to suggest they each pick just one.
"I can't believe this. I told my kids, 'Pick one toy to bring on the plane with you.' Eddie chose a Christmas mug that looks like a tiny trash can with a lid. And Elsie's choice is even funnier. Her umbrella broke, and she's really upset about it... She just insisted on bringing this," Molly Mackenzie said, displaying her daughter's broken umbrella in the video.
At the time of posting, the video of the woman holding a broken umbrella and a plastic trash can went viral, garnering 1.5 million views and over 113,000 comments.
