Ryanair, one of Europe’s biggest budget airlines, has announced a new partnership with Skyscanner. Revealed on Thursday, 11 September 2025, the deal gives Skyscanner direct access to Ryanair’s timetables and fares. People using Skyscanner can now search, view, and book Ryanair flights with live prices and updated schedules, making trip planning more straightforward and helping passengers choose from the airline’s wide network of routes.

The agreement makes Ryanair’s more than 235 destinations visible on Skyscanner with full price details, including extras, so customers can see exactly what they are paying for. This avoids confusion over additional charges and shows fares more transparently. Ryanair has already signed similar deals with other major platforms, and this new step builds on its efforts to expand its digital presence and keep direct links with its customers.

“We are pleased to announce our partnership agreement with Skyscanner – through this new agreement, Skyscanner customers will be able to search for Ryanair’s low-fare flights with the guarantee of full price transparency. We look forward to working with Skyscanner over the coming months.”
Dara Brady, CMO at Ryanair

Ryanair launched the Vienna base in 2018, and the airport has been an important hub in its growth across Central Europe. However, this new partnership shifts focus towards making booking easier for millions of passengers who prefer using travel search engines. By cutting out unnecessary middlemen and showing clear pricing, Ryanair is aiming to keep fares low while giving passengers a smoother booking process through one of the most popular flight search tools.

Through its partnership with Skyscanner, the airline provides travellers with easier access to a diverse array of destinations. From city breaks in Milan, Berlin, or Barcelona, to sunny escapes in Spain and Greece, or exploring emerging markets in Eastern Europe, passengers will have a straightforward way to compare fares and plan trips. The deal also improves the visibility of Ryanair’s less-known routes, giving more choice for short breaks and longer holidays alike.

“We aim to give our travellers access to the best prices and widest choice, to take the hassle out of trip planning. Partnering with Ryanair will give our millions of travellers direct access to its vast route network for further travel inspiration and help them explore exciting destinations.”
Catriona King, VP of Commercial at Skyscanner

Low-cost aviation continues to evolve through both rivalry and partnerships. Ryanair’s new link with Skyscanner keeps its fares easy to find and book without extra steps. Travellers benefit from seeing up-to-date prices, comparing routes in one place, and completing bookings quickly – saving time and often avoiding extra costs along the way.
