On 21 July, a new cocktail bar and restaurant will open in Clevedon, Somerset. Brink is another project of Feast in Clevedon Triangle. The venue will be located on Old Church Road

According to Somerset Live, Brink is the second venture of restaurateurs Danny Donovan and Sam Elsender, which promises to bring something objectively new to the seaside town. The owners of the restaurant promise seasonal dishes prepared with local ingredients, as well as a large selection of cocktails, live music and performances by popular DJs on weekends.

For reference: Feast was launched during the lockdown and has established itself as a successful takeaway service in Yatton. Last year, the team moved to Old Church Road and is known for its classic American burgers, fries, cocktails and desserts.

Brink is expected to have equally high standards in the quality and selection of food and drink. Much attention is also planned to be paid to the local community, with semi-private events such as networking events, workshops and seminars. In addition, the owners promise to add steaks and seafood to the snack menu in the near future.

Introducing his brainchild, Danny Donovan said: "Brink is a concept we've been mulling over for a long time and we're incredibly excited to finally be able to bring it to life in Clevedon."

"We want Brink to be a place to socialise and enjoy good food, drink and live music, and we hope that local people will no longer have to travel far and pay extra to eat and relax."
