"Anniversary Sale": Holland America Line announces holiday discounts on cruises

The American cruise line Holland America Line has announced its anniversary sale to celebrate the company's 150th anniversary. The holiday sale covers 11 ships of the company, offering discounts of up to 45% on ticket prices.

Additionally, customers can enjoy extra benefits and amenities, along with free accommodation for the third and fourth guests sharing the same cabin with a 50% deposit. This information was reported by Porthole Cruise and Travel.

It's worth noting that customers booking an anniversary cruise can receive onboard credit of up to $300 per cabin. The final amount depends on the cabin category and the duration of the cruise, which ranges from 4 to 56 days. This credit can be used for various amenities such as specialty meals, spa services, shore excursions, souvenir shop purchases, drinks, etc.

However, the sale excludes trips shorter than the specified period or those on long journeys.

Beth Bodensteiner, the chief commercial officer of Holland America Line, stated, "As we conclude a year of celebrating the cruise line's 150th anniversary, our Anniversary Sale is a way to thank guests for being a part of our history and offer them incredible savings on nearly all of our cruises."
