The Four Seasons Resort in Sayan, Bali, is unveiling its renovated River Spa

Nestled in the Ayung River valley, the revamped Sacred River Spa at the Four Seasons Resort in Sayan is set to open this summer, offering an array of enhanced treatments and a new design inspired by the biophilic beauty of the surrounding environment.

Located in Ubud, renowned for its therapeutic atmosphere, the renovated Sacred River Spa embodies the Balinese philosophy, including the concept of Niskala, representing invisible energy. Here, amidst the tranquility of nature, transformative procedures harmonize the mind, body, and soul.

The renovated Sacred River Spa is expected to feature several new amenities, including enhanced reception and retail areas, open relaxation zones around a serene pond with pitchers, and seven brand-new Spa Villas, including five couples' rooms for shared tranquility. Among the innovations are a hybrid infrared and Swedish Sauna equipped with crystal bowls tuned to the harmonious frequency of 432 Hz, and a separate Sound Healing Therapy Room adorned with crystal bowls for vibrational therapy and bamboo ceiling panels.

The revised treatment menu reflects the rhythmic energy of Ayung, offering special rituals such as the Water Blessing Ritual, combining water essence with Balinese practices for deep renewal. Guests can also participate in the Bali Breathing Ritual, fostering a deep connection with the elements, or engage in transformative Chakra Ceremonies guided by ancient wisdom.

In a new collaboration with Synthesis Organics, known for their natural energy products, the Sacred River Spa will introduce a wide range of skincare procedures. Additionally, guests can partake in meditation sessions on the bridge over the sacred waters of the river, led by renowned masters, and join immersive health-enhancing retreats conducted by international yoga teachers throughout the year.
