Universal Orlando has finally given theme park fans details on what to expect from the brand new DreamWorks Land resort, which is scheduled to open this summer.

Thus, visitors will be able to enjoy a brand-new Trolls roller coaster, as well as a variety of interactive play areas, character meet and greets, and more, the Mirror reports.

For example, you will be able to meet Shrek and friends in the ogre swamp or chat with Po in the panda village. Universal has also promised "unique treats, photo-worthy murals, interactive play areas, splash pads," and much more.

The resort also offers a brand new Trolls roller coaster. Other attractions include Poppy's Playground with colourful structures for jumping and climbing, Troll's Treats with ice cream and delicious sweets, and High Five Hideaway, where you can pick up a range of DreamWorks merchandise.

As TravelWise reported earlier, the top 20 new attractions and locations in theme parks around the world were revealed.
