New Direct Route to Skopje Opens Up the Balkans for Travelers
Transavia has introduced direct flights to Skopje, marking its first connection to the North Macedonian capital. The airline is flying the route twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays, approx 2 hours and 30 minutes flight time. The Airbus A321neo, the fuel efficient and passenger friendly aircraft, selected the main aircraft for this service, aligning with the airline’s commitment to modernizing its fleet.
The addition of Skopje to Transavia’s network expands travel options for passengers looking to explore Southeastern Europe. As North Macedonia’s largest city, Skopje is a blend of historical influences and contemporary urban development.
