The legendary British company Wetherspoons to appear in the new Haven project
The pub company Wetherspoons has announced its cooperation with the leading British leisure park chain Haven. As part of the collaboration, Haven Primrose Valley in North Yorkshire is to open the first ever Wetherspoons pub in a leisure park.
The favourite British pub should appear in the park in March 2024. The Scottish Sun reported that it will retain its signature style and dishes from the classic menu.
Haven's COO Peter Blake noted that this project makes Haven the first and only leisure park operator to open a pub from Wetherspoons. According to Peter Blake, "This new venture underscores our commitment to expanding our food and beverage partnerships and offerings to our campers and vacation homeowners."
"We are delighted to be working with Haven and are confident that the pub will prove popular with vacationers," said JD Wetherspoon's commercial director Michael Barron.
It is noted that out of the total project cost of £4 million, this facility will cost Haven £1.1 million and will be the 7th food and beverage brand to partner with Haven. The new pub by Wetherspoons will have 250 seats, and in the summertime, guests will be able to enjoy relaxing in the garden overlooking the park.
