Stewardess tells about 5 things passengers should never do
Airplane etiquette has always been a problem. But, like many other things, it seems to have become more acute in recent years.
Airline crews face fights, unreasonable demands, and rude habits of passengers. Amanda Delarosa, a flight attendant and active TikTok user, is a veteran crew member who has been flying for eight years. She recently turned to users to give five tips for passengers on how to behave on board.
Never go to the bathroom without shoes
The very fact that we need to remind you of this is blatant. The stench of an airplane bathroom alone should tell you that this is a place where you should have as little skin contact as possible.
Never go to the restroom when the seat belt sign is on.
It also goes without saying that you shouldn't do anything but sit down when the seatbelt sign is on.
Never press the call button to give the flight attendant garbage.
This annoys flight attendants.
"If you notice," Delarosa said, "flight attendants usually walk the aisles with trash bags quite often.
Don't get drunk on the plane
Or before boarding, for that matter. "A lot of people don't know that we don't have to let you on the plane if you look drunk," Delarosa said of the situation that has inspired seemingly millions of viral videos.
Never fight, especially with crew members
This can lead to legal problems. Delarosa explained that you could be "kicked off the plane or met with the police," or worse, "blacklisted and not allowed to fly again."
Earlier, TravelWise reported that passengers were warned what not to do on board.
