Spirit Airlines passenger arrested due to disorderly conduct and complaints from flight attendants
A Spirit Airlines passenger named James Warren Finnister was arrested after he disrupted the flight and harassed flight attendants. The traveler offered crew members to join the Mile High Club and asked uncomfortable questions.
The flight attendants were forced to complain about the tourist's behavior, and after landing, he was arrested. In his testimony, the detainee explained that he had a drink before boarding to calm his nerves. According to PYOK, the case is currently being tried.
The passenger was detained by Orlando police on January 9 after the pilots of Spirit Airlines Flight 693 from Louisville warned them about a violent traveler.
It is alleged that Finnister first proposed to one of the flight attendants about an hour after the flight began, and after a while he allegedly grabbed another flight attendant, dragged her to his window seat and began to question her about how to gain access to the flight deck.
The troublesome tourist was reseated, but he continued to disturb the crew and lay on the floor in the aisle until the flight attendants returned him to his seat.
The detainee admitted to the police that he had drunk "a few alcoholic beverages" to calm his nerves before boarding the flight at 7:45 am. He was asked to abstain from alcohol for the duration of the trial.
