Singapore Airlines to improve premium economy class on flights to Delhi and Mumbai: What will be offered
Starting March 31, 2024, Singapore Airlines will offer a surprise to its premium economy class passengers, including new in-flight meals and an updated set of amenities. Passengers flying to Delhi and Mumbai will now enjoy an even more comfortable experience.
According to Simple Flying, the company's customers will be offered a glass of Charles de Cazanove Brut Tradition NV champagne after takeoff, and the food will be served in modern stoneware made to order by the carrier.
Customers flying for at least seven hours will receive an all-new Out of the Woods amenity kit.
Meals in the sky include a seasonal appetiser, main course, bread, dessert, as well as cheese and crackers. For lunch and breakfast, passengers can choose garlic buns and croissants, respectively.
Bak Chor Mee (noodles with minced pork) and Thai-style crab curry are among the many main dishes. Customers can also choose from a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
SIA has partnered with Out of the Woods, a US-based eco-friendly lifestyle company, to produce an exclusive kit for premium economy customers. Each item in the kit is either recycled or made from sustainable sources to reduce the airline industry's environmental footprint.
As previously reported by TravelWise, Singapore Airlines has announced discounts in the coming spring months.
