Seats for the company: United Airlines offers a new booking feature
Those traveling in a large group or with family usually try to book seats closer together. However, there are cases when it is extremely difficult to find such seats, and therefore you have to book any available seats, sitting far away from each other.
Realizing this problem, United Airlines has launched a new feature that will notify customers about the availability of the seats they need. This was reported in The Daily Courier.
It is noted that this feature became available on March 22 for some travelers in the United mobile application. Soon it is planned to extend it to almost all flights of the airline, whose customers will be able to receive real-time notifications of available options.
The feature is currently being tested on particularly busy flights. Those travelers who have early access will be able to make their choice in the middle and tail section of the plane, set up notifications about the seats they are interested in, and later change to more interesting offers.
Earlier, TravelWise reported that United Airlines expects a significant load during spring break.
