Saudia Airlines, Saudi Arabia's national flag carrier, is set to revolutionize the travel industry by introducing its latest digital innovations at the LEAP conference, running from March 4th to 7th, 2024, in Riyadh. This move aligns with Saudia's commitment to enhancing passenger experience through advanced technology, underpinned by the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030.
At the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, Saudia's stand No. A02 will be a focal point for attendees, offering an immersive exploration into digital projects that integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) and connectivity solutions. Among the innovations is the "Travel Companion," an AI-powered virtual assistant that is transforming the way bookings, flight planning, and destination discovery are handled. This marks Saudia as the first airline in the MENA region to leverage such technology, providing a sneak peek of its beta version exclusively at LEAP.
Additionally, the introduction of “GovClick," an e-wallet service, represents a leap towards streamlining government ticket issuance and after-sales services via a digital platform. This initiative is set to expand, offering its benefits to both corporations and individuals.
The overhaul of the "AlFursan" loyalty program is another highlight, simplifying the process for guests to manage rewards, monitor mileage, and upgrade memberships effortlessly.
