Scandinavian Airlines will resume direct flights between Copenhagen and Mumbai starting 2 June 2026, reestablishing a connection that has been absent for 17 years. The route will operate five times a week using wide-body Airbus A330 aircraft equipped for long-haul travel. According to SAS, the decision is part of broader efforts to improve connectivity between Northern Europe, India, and several major transatlantic destinations.
