This exhaustive analysis covered 193 cities and allowed us to compile a table based on the available Tripadvisor information. The results of the study demonstrated the incomparable appeal of London for gourmets, emphasizing its vibrant gastronomy, which includes everything from classic pubs serving hearty British cuisine to upscale Michelin-starred cafes. After London, Paris came in second place with 2898 5-star reviews, which is a testament to its gastronomic excellence. The French capital is famous for its iconic dishes, such as escargot and entrecote, which can be tasted in the city's famous bistros and cafes.
Barcelona ranked third with 1475 5-star ratings, which speaks to the country's thriving culinary landscape. Known for its vibrant tapas culture and specialties such as patatas bravas and paella, Barcelona offers a dynamic gastronomic scene that delights foodies.
Rome, coming in at number four with 1407 5-star recommendations, is famous for its authentic Italian cuisine. In Rome's esteemed establishments, visitors are offered not only street food but also traditional dishes such as pasta carbonara and cacio e pepe.
